I started on my self-discovery journey in the 1990s. I was astute to along the way, see signs and hear messages that led me to utilize such modalities as past life regression.
After my first regression, I instantly wanted to learn more so, I did extensive research and had a couple more regressions. This led me to Dolores Cannon's work

That's when I realized I could be a QHHT Practitioner and help others recognize their life themes and really connect with their inner knowing.
Today, in addition to being a bilingual (Spanish) QHHT Practitioner, I am a private Yoga instructor and a Reiki Master, teaching all levels of Reiki.

This technique takes you beyond the usual past life regression and into a place where clarity, understanding and healing can be found by speaking to that part of you that really does know the answers to every question...your Higher Self also referred to as The Subconscious or The "SC".
The "SC", is that greater part of ourselves that is always connected to The Source, or God, and has unlimited knowledge and an unlimited ability to heal the physical body.
